Will began his career after college in a corporate atmosphere, but had a passion and desire for the Home Building Industry. In 2001, Will was given the opportunity to work alongside his uncle in his Custom Home Building Company, which afforded him the opportunity to build the capabilities and skills necessary to establish Reeves Custom Homes in 2008. Will has flourished and loves supporting his clients with the build of their forever home.Will is native to the NC coast, and he spent his childhood in Morehead City. After graduating High School in Greensboro, NC, he attended college at UNCW where he continued his love for coastal NC.  When he is not working, Will enjoys outdoor activities with his wife and fur babies. Spending time on the water will forever be a part of his life.  

Suzanne McConnaughey fulfills a comprehensive range of administrative responsibilities, supports the management of all active new construction projects, and oversees daily client relations at Reeves Custom Homes. With a decade of experience in the real estate sector, she possesses the knowledge and expertise essential for continuous professional development within the industry. Her commitment to growth has positioned her as a crucial asset to Reeves Custom Homes' ongoing success. A devoted Ohio State Buckeye, she has called North Carolina home since 2022.

Michael oversees daily on-site operations, subcontractors, and schedules to ensure the projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to plans.Home building has been in his family for generations, so he was introduced to the industry at a young age. Michael worked as a child in his family’s cabinetry shop; therefore, it was a natural progression to gravitate towards the Custom Home Building industry. Over the years, Michael has adapted to the ever-evolving residential building industry, and he has never looked back.Being an Eastern Carolina native, when Michael has downtime, he enjoys boating and fishing.. His passion for the outdoors and nature is contagious!  

Laurie is the New Home Advisor at Reeves Custom Homes, and her goal is to make the building process a positive and enjoyable experience.Experience and DedicationLaurie has a B.B.A. in Marketing and has been a licensed real estate broker for over 30 years. She has extensive real estate knowledge and many years of experience in the real estate and construction industry. Laurie’s primary function is to assist as a liaison between current and prospective clients and the team at Reeves Custom Homes. Much of her time is spent guiding buyers/owners through the building and selection process.About LaurieLaurie is based in Hampstead and lives in Pecan Grove Plantation. When she isn’t busy working, she can be found running, spending time at the beach with her husband or visiting her son in Boston.  

Andrew McClearn oversees all client warranty work at Reeves Custom Homes, LLC.  He collaborates closely with our subcontractors, vendors, and clients to ensure prompt repairs and high levels of client satisfaction.With extensive experience in the propane and construction sectors, Andrew has been part of several local organizations, including J.T. Lee & Sons and TMC Taylor Construction. His dedication to providing our clients with a consistently positive experience and top-quality homes makes him a valuable asset to our team. Every day, Andrew exemplifies outstanding customer service and maintains a positive attitude.As a true native of Hampstead, he enjoys the outdoors and takes pride in calling Eastern North Carolina his home.

Chadd manages daily on-site operations, subcontractors, and schedules to ensure the projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to plans.Chadd is a valued member of our community, having dedicated 15 years to the building industry.  Throughout his career, he has accumulated expertise in various facets of collaborating with residential new construction builders.  With a deep passion for his work, Chadd is excited about the chance to assist in bringing your dream home to life!He enjoys the outdoors and everything it brings. He is an avid fisherman, far from a scratch golfer, and takes part in other various activities, including hunting, surfing, and playing sports from time to time. 

Charles serves as the CAD Drafter at Reeves Custom Homes, where he meticulously modifies and creates detailed floor plans to guarantee the accuracy of our clients' blueprints.With nearly ten years of drafting experience, Charles began his education at Cape Fear Community College before transferring to and graduating from East Carolina University. Charles is committed to staying up-to-date with the latest advancements in CAD technology. His passion for learning and innovation ensures that he consistently delivers top-notch results.Hailing from Wilmington, Charles enjoys spending his free time outdoors, indulging in hunting and fishing activities.  

Carol Reeves works behind the scenes, handling accounts payable for Reeves Custom Homes, LLC. She takes her past experience as an Operations Manager and applies it to new tasks each day.After 40 years in the Corporate world, and her knowledge gained while obtaining her NC General Contractor License, as well as her NC Real Estate Brokers License, she is excited to be a part of the RCH Team.Growing up, graduating college and raising her family in North Carolina has made Carol a great advocate for Coastal living. She and her husband can be found traveling in their RV and enjoying everything that living near the beach has to offer!
